So happy to announce that the Commemoration and Prayer books for Orthodox Women are ready! You may find them in my Etsy Shop | Gladsome Life.

Originally hoped to have them ready by Pentecost. Sorry for the delay! However, as it often goes, life happened and my plans were waylaid after a horseback riding accident – every one is on the mend, but it required some attention and so we missed the Pentecost arrival date for the booklets.

The Commemoration Book may be used on it’s own but dovetails so beautifully with the Prayer Book for Orthodox Women. Both are available at my Etsy shop.

Though at first I hoped to offer them as a download, a couple of download and printing trial runs with friends it became obvious that would get complicated as various printers have different settings. So, it is offered for a minimal price to cover the cost of materials and time.

The Commemoration Book is used for private commemorations at home. For prayers during the Liturgy, follow your parishes practice.

The Prayer Book for Orthodox Women is a compilation of many Orthodox Prayers. It is not meant to be read in it’s entirety every day but in accordance with the rule set forth by your spiritual father. There are morning, afternoon and evening prayers as well as prayers for various seasons of life and for various times of the day.
